The ‘Monte das Cangalhas ’ in Aldeia dos Marmelos is located in the Alentejo between the small towns of Alandroal, Redondo and Reguengos de Monsaraz, 45km from Evora.
It is situated on inclined grounds completely fenced off. On the grounds there are 150 olive-trees, some fruit-trees and some citrus-trees.
After purchasing de Monte, we have enlarged and embellished it. There is a large livingroom giving on to a broad and sunny terrace, a dining room connected to an open kitchen an four two persons bedrooms with a bathroom and built-in cupboards.
There is a swimming-pool of 12 m by 5 m and 1.80 m deep.
There is another appartment under the terrace with a livingroom and a kitchen, a two persons bedroom, a bathroom and a toilet. That appartment also has its own terrace.
